Perks of the job.

At Storm we like to work hard and play hard. We like to get the job done and have a good time doing it. We’ll provide everything you need to help you do your best work, whether you’re in the studio or at home. We also like to get away and spend some time together away from our screens with team days out and long weekends away.

Flexi hours.

The policy here at Storm is that you can work the hours you like just so long as they don’t negatively impact a colleague or client. If you’re working as a team then ‘standard’ hours are the best.

WFH.

Our central Bath office is the heart of our company and culture but we support flexible working. Our team are expected to come in a few days a week but you can also work from home when you need.

Unlimited holiday.

Creating an environment for a healthy work-life balance is really important to us so we’ve created an unlimited holiday scheme to allow you to take time off to rest, recuperate and enjoy life.

Team activities.

We like to get out and get our hands (and boots) dirty. We’re a big fan of nature and have spent days planting trees, building in the forest and lending a helping hand at the local city farm.

Team weekends.

Every year we say “Cya!” to Bath and get out of town for a long weekend for our exciting team building retreat. These are fully paid for by Storm so all we ask for is your company.

Half-day Friday.

We finish after lunch on a Friday. We like to think you can use those extra hours to have some time for yourself, or even get get those life jobs done so that they don’t bother you at the weekend.

Team lunches.

Spending time together away from our screens helps us stay a close-knit team, so every fortnight we like to get together to hang out, catch up and share over food at a restaurant.

High spec kit.

We’ll provide everything you need to help you do your best work, whether you’re in the studio or at home. We work with the latest Apple products and provide all of our team with a laptop.

Close to the train.

If you’re not local to Bath and need public transport to get to work, that’s totally fine. Our studio is located right in the high street and just short walk from Bath Spa train station.

Private healthcare + cashplan.

We’re here to look after your mind, body and wallet. Our comprehensive private medical care covers you in the event of the worst, and also offers perks to help your mental wellbeing. The cashplan repays you for every-day medical expenses like trips to the dentist or optician.

Mindsets.

While at Storm we only ask a few things from each other – create work that makes you proud and work hard while doing it. Happiness and success depends on mindset and attitude. We’re not that old but we like to think we’re a little wise.

Established or startup, clients trust us to have their best interests at heart. We should look out for them like we look out for each other.

It’s the little things. Be timely, prepared and present. There’s no second chance for a first impression. Let’s start as we mean to go on.

You’ll be in the studio with us, so you’ve got to enjoy yourself. Bring your expertise, knowledge and passion everyday and we’ll do the same!
